Meet the Town

Melissa has worked for the Town of Bradley as the Town Manager since 2005.  She worked as the motor vehicle and inland fisheries agent for the Town from 1998 to 2003.  Melissa holds the titles of Town Clerk, Treasurer, Tax Collector, Registrar of Voters, General Assistance Administrator, and Road Commissioner. 

Melissa is on the executive boards of Maine Town and City Management, the Maine Municipal Association, and the Municipal Review Committee. While these commitments do take away from her time in the office, they provide the Town with opportunities for knowledge, growth, and networking.

Melissa graduated from Foxcroft Academy and proudly calls her hometown Atkinson, Maine.  She graduated from Beal College and Husson College with a concentration in business and office management.  She has been married to her husband Ricky Sr. since 1996, together they have one son Ricky Jr.  Melissa is also a step-mother to Brandi and a Mammy to her children Ava and Aiden.

In her free time, Melissa enjoys devoting time to her family and friends.  She is slightly obsessed with rock music and live music events.  Her outdoor time is typically camping and cruising in the Maine woods with her ATV.
