The Bradley Municipal building is located at 165B Main Street. Except the for Fire Department operations, all municipal services including elections and meetings are conducted from the municipal building. Contact number (207) 827-7725

The Town Office hours are:

Tuesday-Friday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm

MELISSA L. DOANE - Melissa serves as the Town Manager, Treasurer, Tax Collector, Town Clerk, Registrar of Voters, Road Commissioner, and General Assistance Administrator. Melissa's normal business hours are 7:15 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. Other meeting times can be easily arranged by appointment.

TERRY KNAPP - Terry is the Town Excise Collector, Motor Vehicle and Inland Fisheries Agent. Terry is also a Deputy Town Clerk. Terry is available Tuesday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

KELLY BROWN - Kelly serves as Assistant Clerk. Her hours are currently Tuesday through Friday 1:00 p.m to 5:30 p.m.

ANN DELAWARE- Ann serves as Office Assistant. Her hours are currently Tueday 9-12: 30 Friday 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 pm

ERIC GIFFORD-Eric volunteers as the Town of Bradley Fire Chief.  He does not hold office hours, however is easily accessible via email.

 

CODE ENFORCEMENT

CHARLES NORBURG- Charles is the Town of Bradley's Code Enforcement Officer and Plumbing inspector. Charles normal business hours are Wednesday 8-1 pm and Thursday 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Building permit applications are available for download here or under download applications.

ANIMAL CONTROL

Joe Murphy is the Town of Bradley's Animal Control Officer.  Please contact the Town Office at 827-7725 or the Penobscot Sheriffs Department at 947-4585 to report a control issue. 

TAX ASSESSING

Mark Gibson is contracted by the Bradley Town Council to act as an independent assessor. Mr. Gibson’s normal business hours are the last Friday of each month 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please contact the Town office at 827-7725 to arrange contact with Mr. Gibson.

 

VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT 

Bradley is very proud of the Volunteer Fire Department, which has been organized since 1900.  Fire Chief Eric Gifford may be reached by leaving message at the Town Office at 827-7725 or calling the Fire Department directly at 827-9273, Chief Gifford may also be reached via email at bfiredept@roadrunner.com.
