PLANNING BOARD MEETING

DECEMBER 13, 2007

Chairperson Hardesty opened regular meeting at 6:35 with pledge of allegiance.

Planning Board Present: Linda Hardesty, Dean Bennett, Shawn Brown and Sharon Dill.

Public Present: None

Staff Present: Charles Norburg, CEO and Virginia Oakes as note taker

Review of Minutes: Minutes were accepted as read.

Unfinished business:

Dean asked if there were any concerns or issues in regards to Article 12 as it is written now. With permission of Planning Board, Dean and Charles will add the language to Article 12. The board revisited Article 11.12 and talked about changes made.

Adjourn: Linda asked for a motion to adjourned. Motion was made by Dean and seconded by Sharon. Vote 4-0. Motion carried.
