PLANNING BOARD MEETING

NOVEMBER 15, 2007

Chairperson Hardesty opened regular meeting at 6:35 with pledge of allegiance.

Planning Board Present: Linda Hardesty, Frank Kearney, Dean Bennett, Marty Jackson, Shawn Brown and Sharon Dill.

Public Present: Oscar Emerson, Audrey and Charles Wilcox

Staff Present: Charles Norburg, CEO and Virginia Oakes as note taker

Review of Minutes: Minutes were accepted as read.

Citizen’s request: None

New Business: None

Old Business:

Regarding Pine Knoll Road subdivision, the Planning Board reviewed the 20 Criteria of Article 12 of the Subdivision Ordinance Each of the criteria was motioned, discussed, seconded and approved. Bennett motioned that the Planning Board accept Pine Knoll Road Subdivision. Brown seconded motion. Vote 6-0. Motion carried.

Bennett gave out drafts for Articles 11 and 12 at the last meeting. He went over these in depth. He referred to these as "the meat" of the Articles. He will put off traffic section until the next time they meet.

There will be a Planning Board workshop December 6^th.

Adjourn: Kearney motioned to adjourn. Motion seconded by Dill. Vote 6-0. Motion carried.
