A Public Hearing was held from 6:30 to 6:35 with Oscar Emerson representing Charles and Audrey Wilcox in the Pine Knoll Subdivision.

Public present: None

The public hearing was closed.

Dean Bennett opened regular meeting at 6:35 with pledge of allegiance.

Planning Board Present: Frank Kearney, Dean Bennett, acting as Chairperson, Marty Jackson and Sharon Dill.

Public Present: Oscar Emerson, Audrey and Charles Wilcox

Staff Present: Charles Norburg, CEO, Virginia Oakes, note taker and Eric Gifford

Review of Minutes: A change to reflect Frank Kearney being present at the last meeting. Dill motioned to accept minutes with change. Motion seconded by Kearney. Vote 4-0. Motion carried.

New Business: None

Old Business: Oscar Emerson of Down to Earth Surveying representing the Wilcox’s Pine Knoll Subdivision addressed the Planning Board. At the last meeting the Planning Board requested that a turnaround be placed at the end of the subdivision. The other item requested was the location of fire cistern is added to the map. Email correspondence between Oscar and DEP was submitted to the Planning Board for the storm water situation. Oscar asked to be placed on the agenda next meeting for final approval.

Bennett directed the Planning Board to refer to the draft of the proposed subdivision ordinance he had provided last month. Bennett asked for comments, questions or deletions on subdivision ordinance. He went over and explained Articles 1-5 and 9-14 of the ordinance and discussed changes made. He handed out the proposed subdivision ordinance for Articles 6-8 and asked that the Planning Board review them before the next meeting. There will be a workshop November 1^st @ 6:30.
