Planning Board Present: Sherri Dill, Shawn Brown, and Dean Bennett.

Mr. Norburg opened the Planning Board meeting at 6:40 with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Review of Minutes: Bennett motioned to accept minutes of 3/21/08 as presented. Motion was seconded by Dill. Vote 3-0. Motion carried.
