Planning Board Meeting

Planning Board Present: Sherri Dill, Marty Jackson, and Dean Bennett, acting as chairperson

Office Staff Present: Manager Melissa Doane and note taker Virginia Oakes

Bennett opened the Planning Board meeting at 6:41 with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Review of Minutes: Dill motioned to accept minutes of 2/21/08 as presented. Motion was seconded by Jackson. Vote 3-0. Motion carried.

Old Business: None

New Business: Charles Norburg provided the Planning Board with recommended subdivision fees. The Planning Board reviewed the fees. Jackson motioned to accept fees presented by Charles Norburg. Motion seconded by Dill. Vote 3-0. Motion carried. Fee schedule attached to minutes.

Bennett reviewed section 2 of the Land Use Ordinance in detail.
