Planning Board Meeting

Planning Board Present: Linda Hardesty, Frank Kearney, Sherri Dill, Shawn Brown, and Dean Bennett

Office Staff Present: Charles Norburg, CEO and note taker Virginia Oakes

Hardesty opened the Planning Board meeting at 6:35 with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Review of Minutes: Dill motioned to accept minutes of 1/17/08 as presented. Motion was seconded by Brown. Vote 5-0. Motion carried.

Citizen’s Request: None

Old Business: None

New Business: Bennett reviewed section 1 of the Land Use Ordinance. He went on to discuss section 2 briefly and will get into much more detail in the next meeting.
